UNS N07718 Inconel 718 Plates and Sheets
Inconel 718 N07718 Plates and Sheets are high-performance nickel-chromium related products that are designed to be of high strength, corrosion resistance and stability in extreme service conditions in the industrial market. These plates and sheets are produced using Alloy 718 which is a precision-hardened nickel alloy that is characterised by high tensile strength, high fatigue resistance and creep strength at high temperatures. The interplay of chromium nickel and niobium provide power oxidation capability and hence these alloys can be used in areas with heat, pressure, and harmful media in continuous service.
We also provide Inconel 718 plates & sheets, Alloy 718 coils that are manufactured as per standards of ASTM B670 and in full compliance to UNS N07718 and DIN 2.4668 standards. Alloy 718 is very useful in fabrication, machining and high-stress assembly jobs as each product has a high weldability, heat-treated formability and stability, and stability. The aerospace units, power generation systems, petrochemical plants and offshore equipment manufacturers are the consumers of these materials where constant mechanical strength, performance reliability and safe operation are required to meet the critical operations that may expose them to varying temperatures.
We can sell our products in the form of hot rolled plates, cold rolled sheets, and shim sheets, as well as coils and strip in various thicknesses, tempers and sizes. All the heats are supplied with full testing of materials, MTC and traceability to the global project requirements to achieve the confidence of EPC contractors, OEMs and industrial purchasers.
Inconel 718 Plates, Inconel 718 Sheets, Alloy 718 Coil, UNS N07718 Sheet, DIN 2.4668 Plate, ASTM B670 Inconel 718 Plate and Sheet, Inconel 718 Hot Rolled Plates, Inconel 718 Cold Rolled Sheets, Inconel 718 Shim Sheet, Inconel 718 Foil, Alloy 718 Strip, Inconel 718 Circle and Coil Manufacturer and Supplier in India
Our Inconel 718 plates, Inconel 718 sheets and Alloy 718 coils have come in a variety with a very strict compliance to the high temperature and high pressure industrial systems. All products are manufactured according to the ASTM B670, UNS N07718 and DIN 2.4668 requirements, which provide the product with uniform material performance under the rigorous service demands. Nickel, chromium and niobium alloy composition is very resistant to oxidation, corrosion and thermal fatigue and therefore, Alloy 718 is used in aggressive operating conditions common in aerospace, petrochemical, power generation and offshore equipment.
We supply a complete selection that includes hot rolled plates, cold rolled sheets, shim sheets, foil, strip and circle options. These materials offer stable mechanical strength, reliable formability and long service life even when exposed to elevated temperatures. Inconel 718 hot rolled plates deliver strong structural stability, while Inconel 718 cold rolled sheets provide tight dimensional accuracy required for precision components. Our coils and strip materials support large scale fabrication, machining and profiling operations with repeatable performance.
Every batch is produced using high quality raw materials and tested under strict procedures, including tensile testing, hardness verification and corrosion resistance evaluation. All products are supplied with complete MTC for traceability and project compliance. As a trusted manufacturer and supplier in India, we maintain ready stock to support urgent requirements for EPC contractors, OEMs and industrial buyers across multiple sectors.
What Are Inconel 718 Plates?
Inconel 718 plates, which are high-strength nickel chromium alloy plates designed to work with reliability in extreme high temperatures, pressure and corrosive environments. These plates are made of Alloy 718 or UNS N07718, DIN 2.4668, which are a family of long-term stability precipitation-hardened nickel alloys which are used in demanding service applications. The alloy is made of nickel, chromium, niobium and molybdenum that combined provide superior protection against oxidation, pitting, stress corrosion cracks and thermal fatigue.
The tensile strength and creep resistance of these plates are exceptionally high at high temperature and in turn, they are used in heavy duty components that are manufactured at the expense of aerospace systems, gas turbines, petrochemical processing equipment and high temperature fasteners and high temperature fasteners. ASTM B670 Inconel 718 plates have excellent weldability, good formability and stable post heat treatment mechanical properties. This enables manufacturers to create complicated shapes without loss of structural integrity.
Inconel 718 plates have been chosen in an industrial process in parts under constant heat, vibration, chemical pressure and attack. The fact that they are strong when subjected to long service cycles makes them a preferred option in mission critical assemblies where failure is not an option. OEMs, EPC contractors and maintenance teams that need to have proven performance and be able to trace the material are well known users of these plates.

Frequently Asked Questions About Inconel 718 Plates and Sheets
Inconel 718 is a nickel chromium alloy that is characterized by high strength, corrosion resistance and high mechanical stability at high temperatures. It is a hardened superalloy that is precipitated and is known as UNS N07718 and DIN 2.4668, which is commonly used in aerospace, turbine, petrochemical and high pressure
An Inconel 718 plate is an alloy 718 plate, a flat product that is rolled using a hot rolled or cold rolled process. These plates have good tensile strength, creep resistance and thermal stability thus these plates are used in turbine and engine parts, nuclear, and heavy duty industrial equipment.
Yes, Inconel 718 is normally stronger than titanium at higher temperatures. Alloy 718 is also high yield and tensile strength even when heated above 700 °C as compared to titanium alloys which weaken faster at the same temperature. This causes Inconel 718 to be used in preference in turbine and aerospace that would demand long-term temperature-resistant components.
Inconel 718 is costly due to its large content of nickel and chromium, unfavorable melting and heat treatment steps and strict quality testing. Its high temperature and corrosion resistance performance are among the factors that make it expensive in the intensive engineering systems.
Inconel 718 is applied in aerospace turbine blades, jet engine components, nuclear reactor equipment, petrochemical processing and downhole oil and gas tools and high-temperature fasteners. The alloy has good performance in the presence of extreme conditions of heat, pressure and corrosion.
Inconel 718 sheet is finer and usually less than 5 mm thick whereas Inconel 718 plate is more heavy duty and has a higher thickness of up to 5 mm. Structural strength and load bearing applications are in the choice of plates and fabrication, cladding and precision part in the choice of sheets.
Yes, Inconel 718 is a great corrosion-resistant material with nickel nickel-nickel-chromium composition. It works well in acidic, chloride-rich and oxidising environments, hence it can be used in marine, chemical processing equipment and high-pressure equipment.
