Complete Range of Pipes & Tubes We Supply
Stellar Alloys is one of the companies that have a wide selection of ferrous and non-ferrous piping materials in the market. Our selection goes as low as common industrial grades and as esoteric as super alloys, and covers all of the process industry.
Inconel Pipes & Tubes
Inconel is still the standard in the industry in cases of severe heat and oxidation. We are also the leading stockists of Inconel pipes and tubes, we provide materials that retain its structural integrity in areas where ordinary steel would fail. These nickel-chromium superalloys are very effective above 1000 C and thus can be used in furnace parts, heat treatment baskets and aerospace. In addition to heat, they provide a tough resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking.
We carry such essential grades as Inconel 600 to use in general high-temperature applications, Inconel 625, to use in high-strength and corrosion applications and Inconel 718, to use in precipitation-hardening applications. We have seamless and welded (ERW) pipes in our inventory based on the high-pressure and structural (or lower-pressure) requirements. We have certified material fully whether it is of the chemical processing unit or a nuclear reactor component.

Hastelloy Pipes & Tubes
Hastelloy is frequently the only way out when process fluids are aggressive, that is, containing strong acids, wet chlorine, or chlorides. We are a reliable supplier of Hastelloy pipes and tubes, serving the industries such as pollution control, waste treatment, and agrochemicals. These nickel-molybdenum alloys are designed to withstand localized corrosion like pitting and crevice corrosion that are the usual modes of failure in severe chemical environments.
We have the workhorse grade that is the Hastelloy C276 and is very versatile in both reducing and oxidizing conditions. We also provide Hastelloy C22 with better resistance to pitting and Hastelloy B2 with high levels of hydrochloric acid. These pipes are available in seamless and welded varieties and guarantee durability even in the most harsh environment; hence saving you a lot of money in terms of replacement costs throughout the life of your plant.

Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes
The stainless steel forms the backbone of the industrial world, and when it comes to high quality material with perfect surface finish that is what Stellar Alloys can provide. Our stainless steel pipes and tubes line the whole 300-series of austenitics. Although 304/304L is a standard used in general corrosion resistance, we specialize in the supply of 316/316L marine/chemical service and stabilized 321/347 used in high temperature service.
We know that various applications need various finishes. We thus provide pipes in different states; annealed and pickled in the case of industrial piping, mechanically polished in the case of architectural piping, and bright annealed in the case of instrumentation and pharmaceutical piping. Our stock includes everything, heavy-wall seamless pipes with high-pressure steam, to thin-wall welded tubes to heat exchangers, and can be dispatched at once.

Duplex & Super Duplex Steel Pipes & Tubes
Duplex and Super Duplex steel pipes are used when a high level of strength is required in the applications in comparison to standard stainless steel combined with excellent corrosion resistance. These alloys have microstructure of about 50 percent ferrite and 50 percent austenite which offers twice the yield strength of austenitic steels. This enables engineers to come up with systems that have thinner walls and hence less weight which is very crucial in offshore platforms.
We also have a wide range of Duplex 2205 (UNS S31803/S32205) in general corrosive applications and Super Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750) in highly aggressive applications such as seawater and chloride applications. The pipes are commonly applied in desalination plants, underground piping systems, and chemical cargo tanks. We make our duplex stock to be with pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) standards.

Monel Pipes & Tubes
Monel is an important technology in marine engineering and chemical processing. We supply industries that handle seawater, hydrofluoric acid, and alkaline solutions that have a high flow rate as a specialized manufacturer of Monel pipes and tubes. Monel is a nickel-copper alloy, which is very strong and is ductile at sub-zero temperatures, thus very dependable.
Our product is Monel 400, which is a solid-solution alloy that has a high resistance to marine conditions and chemical salts. We also provide Monel K500 which is precipitation-hardenable, which is used in the cases where the strength and hardness are more needed. These pipes are often used in marine heat exchangers, boiler feed water heaters and salt production equipment.

Nickel 200 / 201 Pipes & Tubes
Commercially pure nickel is unparalleled in the presence of caustic alkalis. Nickel 200/201 pipes and tubes are supplied to the industries that manufacture caustic soda, synthetic fibers and food products. Nickel 200 is 99.6% pure wrought nickel, which has good mechanical properties and great resistance to corrosion by both distilled and natural water.
To use temperatures over 315°C (600°F) we provide Nickel 201, the low-carbon type, which inhibits high-temperature graphitization. Such pipes are needed to ensure purity of the product under chemical handling and food processing, whereby corrosion by-products contamination is not acceptable.

Alloy 20 Pipes & Tubes
Carpenter 20, also known as alloy 20, was actually created to resist sulfuric acid. We have been a major supplier of Alloy 20 pipes and tubes to the pharmaceutical, plastics and chemical industries. It is a nickel-iron-chromium, which is an alloy that includes copper and molybdenum that offer excellent resistance to sulfuric, phosphoric and nitric acids.
In addition to its resistance to acid, Alloy 20 is also stabilized with niobium that reduces the amount of carbide formed during welding. This implies that the pipes may be frequently utilized in the as-welded state and post-weld heat treatment is not required, thereby conserving time and money in the fabrication process. It is used as the preferred material of mixing tanks, pickling baths and heat exchangers in acid recovery systems.

Titanium Pipes & Tubes
Titanium has a high strength to weight ratio with high corrosion resistance and Titanium pipes and tubes are the preferred material in the most challenging aerospace, chemical and marine applications. We also offer both commercially pure titanium grades (Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3) or titanium alloys like Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) when it is necessary to combine corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.
The outstanding nature of titanium is that it forms a protective, stable oxide layer that is not attacked by chlorides, acids, and seawater even at high temperatures. This renders our titanium piping to be suitable in heat exchangers of desalination facilities, condensers of power plants and process equipments of chlor-alkali plants. The lifecycle value is better with titanium because of its premium price, long life expectancy, and low maintenance needs. Our products include seamless and welded titanium tubes of different diameters used in heat exchanger bundles, instrumentation lines and structural uses.

SMO 254 / Alloy 904L Pipes & Tubes
In case the normal stainless steel is not suitable in an environment, Super Austenitic Stainless Steel (SMO) grades have superior corrosion resistance. We are providing SMO 254 pipes and tubes (UNS S31254 6-Moly) and Alloy 904L pipes and tubes (UNS N08904), which are designed to resist aggressive chloride environments. These are high-molybdenum, high-nickel austenitic alloys specifically arranged to resist pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in seawater and in chloride contaminated media.
SMO 254 has an amazing sulfuric acid, chloride attack, and marine exposure resistance, which is about 6 percent molybdenum, thereby making it the perfect choice in FGD scrubbers, bleach plants, and seawater cooling systems. The addition of copper makes the alloy 904L have a better resistance to reducing acids such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, thus it is used in chemical processing, oil and gas production and in pulp and paper bleaching processes. We have both seamless and welded versions in different schedules to suit the specifications which are in demand.

Copper Nickel (Cupro Nickel) Pipes & Tubes
In the case of seawater cooling lines, fire water systems and condensers, Copper Nickel pipes and the tubes provide a special benefit, namely, natural anti-fouling. Our Cu-Ni alloys are of high grade and will not be attached by marine organisms such as barnacles and algae resulting in optimum flow rates and maintenance reduction.
We have Copper Nickel 90/10 (C70600) to use in general marine service and Copper Nickel 70/30 (C71500) to be used where the strength and impingement attack resistance are needed. These are very ductile alloys that are simple to make and offer good thermal conduction thus being very suitable in shipbuilding and offshore desalination units.
Forms, Sizes & Types of Pipes and Tubes
In Stellar Alloys we know that the word standard does not encompass all the project requirements. It is the reason why we provide a flexible variety of forms and sizes. We provide smooth pipes in high pressure critical application where integrity of the weld is a fact to consider. In bigger diameter lines or reduced pressure system, we offer welded (ERW/EFW) and fabricated pipes that prove to be cost-effective without affecting quality.
We can customize. We may provide plain ended pipes, which may be used generally, bevelled ended pipes, which may be welded on site, or threaded ended pipes, which may be screwed together. We have items in Single Random Lengths (SRL) and Double Random Lengths (DRL), however, we are also providing a cut-to-length service. This implies that you purchase the precise amount of footage that you are going to need in your maintenance work or fabrication project which means that you do not waste.
